"Why is Obama giving the FBI more access to our emails?"

Is this a common-sense "tool our law enforcement agencies need" to counter terrorism?

Is it an invasion of privacy?

How many people have you heard say something like, "there's no such thing as privacy anymore"? Bullshit.

Allegedly, the FBI won't be looking at the CONTENT of our emails, just the "to whom" and "when." Uh huh.

Oh, and maybe at our browsing history.

This would really suck under Bush, and it really sucks now.

4th Amendment, anyone?

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
