Looks like most of the work is being done by locals and people that came to help, not our government. The mayor said someone from the govt wanted her to send a memo. Bush got a lot of flack about Katrina, but this idiot really is out to lunch.
How is it the dems always have someone running fema that is competent? I vaguely remember Jimmy Carter's guy as being someone who was just a ordinary guy doing a great job.
