I would be very upset if someone accused me of that.

for a moment and assume he didn't kill her.

Does She have any friends or family who might resent her
being used as a punch line?

But then, republican standards of allowable decency:

"Why is Chelsea Clinton so Ugly?"

It's the GOP belief that not only are they above the law, but thanks to their media they are also above being touched by their filthy deeds. It reminds me of Bill Maher admiration for Chimpy's "courage" when, during his campaign told the press to lay off his cocaine habit and they did.

His statement is truly the joyful defense of the protected sociopath.

In visions of the dark night
I have dreamed of joy departed
But a waking dream of light and life
Hath left me broken-hearted. Edgar A. Poe.

the fine example set by Smirk, who mocked Karla Faye Tucker, giggled about the impending execution of James Byrd's murderers, and boasted about the assassination of men who had never been found guilty or even accused of anything except riding in a car with a suspected terrorist.

Lesson: Death is funny, and it's fun, too, as long as it's somebody else.

definitely guilty? Because Smirk is ultimately responsible for the deaths in each of those cases I mentioned, even if he didn't bang anyone's head on a desk. Not only is he morally responsible, he feels responsible, and he enjoys it. The man loves to kill people. Not just to watch them die (oh, that's all fine enough) but to actually have the power to make them dead. The only diff I can see between him and Joey the Scar is that Joe (allegedly) got his hands dirty, so to speak. Smirk might not be willing to do that, in case a victim tried to fight back and hurt his wittle self.
