"Bush accuser found dead"

Found this from www.radioleft.com.

the Houston Chronicle obits only search back one month.

http://www.radioleft.com/article.php?sid=1374

Obituary from Houston Chronicle:

MARGIE D. SCHOEDINGER expired Monday, 9/22/03 . Visitation: Friday, 9/26/03 , 7 to 9pm, McCoy & Harrison Chapel. Funeral Service: Saturday, 9/27/03 , 1:30pm, McCoy & Harrison Chapel. Interment, Houston Memorial Gardens.

Here's the original article about her lawsuit:

A Fort Bend County woman files a lawsuit on former Governor and current sitting President George W. Bush.
By LeaAnne Klentzman

Margie Schoedinger of Missouri City, Texas has filed a lawsuit against George W. Bush in Fort Bend County Court. In her suit she is alleging "race based harassment and individual sex crimes committed against her and her husband." The suit lists numerous offenses and asks for actual damages, punitive damages and judgments against George W. Bush.

In her suit, among the many allegations, she has stated, "On or about, October 26, 2000, an attempt was made to abduct Plaintiff (Schoedinger) by three unknown assailants.

Because of the actions of these assailants, Sugar Land police officers were dispatched to the scene. In the end, no report was taken. The assailants were treated respectfully and allowed to go free while Plaintiff (Schoedinger) was repeatedly and aggressively questioned. After filing a lawsuit, the Plaintiff's family and past contacts were questioned and harassed." As a result, Plaintiff dismissed Plaintiff's lawsuit. Irrespective of Plaintiff dismissing the lawsuit, the harassment continued." Schoedinger, goes on to allege "at some point, she contacted the Houston office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, filing a raced based harassment complaint, advising that the Sugar Land Police Department may or may not be harassing Plaintiff on behalf of her neighbors in Sugar Land or possibly on behalf of the First Colony Community Services Association."

Schoedinger further states in her lawsuit, "The (FBI) agent in question advised her that the situation appeared to be highly organized and most likely higher level, such as a racist organization." Furthermore she states, "Throughout this conversation, she learned that there was no time that the Defendant (Bush) ever stopped watching Plaintiff, nor did he stop having sex with Plaintiff. The sole concern of the Defendant and his representatives was whether Plaintiff could actually recall whether Plaintiff could actually recall, the individual sex crimes committed against Plaintiff and Plaintiff's husband, utilizing drugs.

Section VII of the lawsuit states; "Whether or not Plaintiff's husband was raped remains in question, as Plaintiff was drugged after she was raped and her husband was drugged before her rape. Plaintiff can only state that these men purported to be FBI agents raping her for the purpose of covering for how many times they had drugged her and allowed the Defendant to rape her in the same manner."

She also alleges that in writing letters directly to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Houston Office," instead of assisting Plaintiff with her concerns, the FBI took on the same demeanor as the Sugar Land Police Department. Eventually, Plaintiff learned, via telephone conversations, that both the Sugar Land Police Department, and the Houston Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation were acting at the behest of the Defendant, George W. Bush. As a part of their defense, the Sugar Land Police Department conducted a background investigation into Plaintiff's past activities. In the end, this investigation yielded the following information: Plaintiff had seven dates, (which became seven lovers), had told no lies, committed no crimes, gotten 2 traffic tickets and dated George W. Bush as a minor."

Sugar Land Police Department Captain Marcaurele said his department has no record of any complaints by Ms. Margie Schoedinger. Several attempts were made to contact Ms Schoedinger, she never returned any calls.

Ms. Schoedinger's law suit was filed on December 2, 2002 and is currently in the Fort Bend County system in County Civil Court at Law 3. Schoedinger is listed as her own legal representative.

But, did they hire Hillary to do it? Or even more sinister - she was being forced to file the suit by the evul Demoncrats, who "offed" her when she refused to continue cooperating...

Sorry. Just trying to think like a Freeper.

Though I'm as willing as the next anti-BushCo person to don my tinfoil, I really can't in this case.

In the past when this woman's story was showing up in the forums, I read the pleadings in her so-called case. She clearly was seriously mentally ill. That a woman with an SMI would kill herself is hardly tinfoil-worthy. The fact that she did it with a gun, though it goes against the conventional wisdom that women don't off themselves with firearms, isn't too surprising...she lived in Texas.

i always told my friend (who's bound to be going stark raving mad himself right now) that she was clearly crazy. his response was "well you'd be crazy too if he'd done all that to you!".

still, i thought she had problems.

it is another enemy of the BFEE dead though. in texas no less.

Who are inconvenient to BushCo. Who was the Enron guy who supposedly killed himself by the side of the road in Sugar Land, home of Tom Delay?

I saw their justice
I saw their will of god
I saw their mercy
It was the firing squad.

Be careful, this was added by the poster at Radioleft and deleted by me before I copied it here. I almost missed it, myself.

As a result of all that, pregnant Margie Schoedinger was hospitalized. She had a miscarriage. As she says, George W. Bush was the father of the lost child. Furthermore, she alleges that George Bush ordered to show pressure on her to the point, when she commits suicide.

"Online Obits and fighting the mighty wurlitzer"

I read some of the posts there. A lot of pissed off people. They attribute the obits remark to radioleft. well, I added that. I searched the obits online and found out it won't go back to earlier than Oct 31. Well, if it's important, how about someone going over to the Houston Chronicle and checking their archives? Or maybe they can fax it to someone.

Is there anyone authoritative checking these stories? I know there's a lot of them and I'm not trying to criticise but we need good facts.

It's the same deal with Mike Malloy last night. He had the Tamara Baker story on Rumsfeld contradicting himself. Well, to be fair - and I hate to say this, but Ms Baker took Rummy out of context with his Lehrer News Hour interview - just slightly - by ignoring the dialogue that led up to the quote about "iraqi's flying kites". I can understand a bit of cropping to allow for space issues, but after I listened to the entire interview, I felt a bit squemish. She spun this particular incident just enough to outrage. Yes, he did say it, but after a long explanation that encompassed the whole tapestry of iraqi public opinion.

Hey, you can judge for yourself. I found the video and it's interesting in the light of the recent story about Sadam trying to negotiate a truce. Now, I haven't cross referenced the dates as to when Saddam made the overtures and when Rumsfeld made these comments so I don't know if we can pin anything on him in this respect. Hopefully, someone else is looking into administration remarks in light of this new development. I don't want our side looking like they run around with half truths, that's all.

Rumsfeld on Lehrer Feb 20, 2003. It's in Part 1 about 2/3rd's of the way in. You can use the transcript scroll tool to jump right to the video. Neat. Requires Real Player or Windows Media.
