Those poor people are in the path of a buzzsaw. One meteorologist predicted total destruction.

Al Roker just said Irma could maintain cat 4 levels of energy through most of Florida. If it tracks through the center of the state, this could possibly be America's biggest natural disaster. How do you evacuate an entire state?!????!

Gas stations are running out of gas. Approximately 66% still have fuel.

Worst case scenario. I think a lot of people are looking to ride out the storm. Dangerous. Gasoline refueling tankers are now getting police escorts to their destinations.

People were second guessing the mayor of Houston for not giving an evacuation order. Get this, a cruise liner returned to the port of Miami and discharged all their passengers. "Good luck getting home folks! Hope you enjoyed your cruise! Come again! If you survive." What was the cruise lines thinking?

Harvey lined up on Houston the worst way. With water. I think we could have handled a direct hit with the eye much better. Now Irma is lining up on Florida in the worst way.

It's God saying, "You dumbasses better stop voting republican."

I am not sure the country will ever change. After that debacle of the great recession you would have thought the country wouldn't elect a republican again. But, they gave us the repug senate, house and presidency.

gonna need a lot of your help. It's like a custom built lawn mower rolling across your state. Very dangerous.

I don't understand voting for republicans either. When the republicans under George H. W. Bush fumbled the hurricane relief after Andrew, Florida voted for Bill Clinton. I pray that Trump is not that cruel, but he does seek our hatred. He IS a pissed off con man who does not want to be President.

One stupid sign I saw in my sister's flood ravaged neighborhood was "Looters will be shot." In front of the sheetrock, floor tiling and household wood left out as waste. Even if that was a joke, it ain't that funny. (I hope they were joking.)

I currently have a young very well tailored German Shepherd running through my neighborhood. Raising hell with the pets that have a home.

It sounds like from my neighbor that a lady dropped them off at the dry cleaners parking lot around the corner. I can't take him in. I work and that would be cruel to a dog locked in a back yard. Maybe my neighbor Monetta might take him in. Worth a try. She doesn't work.

The track keeps shifting, now it goes straight up through Orlando from Miami and keeps on North.

Guy I work with was down there at Disney, and was going to ride it out. Hope he changed his mind.

The good news is that it's not aligned on the center of Florida. The bad news is that the eye is gonna ride just offshore where it can maintain energy (they lose their energy over land).

NBC crews reporting out in the open, uhh,....maybe not a good idea. It looked like transformers were popping behind some of them. Electrocution and wind danger.

We have some friends that live in Melbourne. Invited them to spend next week at a time share we have at the Outer Banks, but no response. Guess they are going to ride it out. Saw on weather channel that there was a tornado watch for Melbourne.

Back in the late 60s, Hurricane Beaula hit the Corpus Christi area. It spawned over a hundred tornadoes in one single day.

main street. During the height of the storm. Another good reason to stay inside.

I saw a Florida woman being interviewed earlier today. She was all stressed out because a tornado touched down and she did not know the fate of her neighbours in the wreckage. Tornadoes have their own level of hell.

First time in 300 years. Irma is a taste of what's to come. It'll be interesting to see how the president con man will steer the climate change debate(why do we even say debate anymore?). I say it will be complete denial with no fuzzy edges. No gray areas.
